INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERINGS (IPO)

Easy IPO's

An IPO, or Initial Public Offering, is the initial sale of a company's equity to the public. It is a way to raise capital for the company by offering shares to the public, thereby reducing the equity ownership of founders and initial investors. During an IPO, a portion of shares are allocated to investors, including high net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

Maximize your benefits with ASBA:

Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) enables you to conveniently invest through net banking without any paperwork. It helps reduce the time between allotment and refund by shortening the refund process.

How can I apply for an IPO?

Investing in IPOs is exclusively available through ASBA and requires a NRI 3-IN-1 Account with Kotak Securities.  With ASBA, you can participate in public issues by giving the bank the authority to set aside an amount equal to the application amount in the linked bank account. The application amount is not deducted from the account but is held until the allotment process is completed. Upon allotment, the required amount will be deducted from the bank account. In the event of partial or no allotment, the unutilized amount due to non-allotment will be released.
